...And that's okay! Starting therapy can be daunting, and this is why I offer a free consultation phone call. We can discuss any hesitations, questions, or concerns, and if I'm not the right fit for your needs, no worries.

I charge $170 for a 50 minute session for individuals, $180 for couples.. Play therapy sessions are $170 for 45 minutes (extra 5 minutes so I can clean up and prepare room for next sessions).
At this time I do not accept insurance payments but can provide a superbill for you.
Both! I can see clients in the Bay Area in my Lafayette office, or via Telehealth for any California resident. We can talk more about pros and cons of each if you are not sure what will best meet your needs.
