About Me
Hi there. I'm Callie, and I'm happy you're here. I believe each individual is the expert of their own experiences. My goal is to create a non-judgemental, open, and empathetic space for clients to identify patterns, understand core beliefs, and challenge problematic thought cycles that are causing difficulties in daily life. If feeling supported and understood while being encouraged to grow is something that interests you, we might be a good fit.
Professional Philosophy:
I see my clients from a holistic and strengths-based lens. I aim to be a therapist who can be there for my clients through their good days and bad, their wins and losses. I use a multicultural framework and get to know each client for the individual that they are, rather than making assumptions.
